Welcome to

Portugal is a unique destination: no other country in can offer so much diversity within such short distances. Cool cities, wonderful beaches, breathtaking landscapes, everything is near!

LISBON – Spread across steep hillsides that overlook the Rio Tejo, Lisbon offers all the delights you’d expect of Portugal’s capital city, Lisbon issomething of a rarity among European capitals, A laid‐back city that exudes a decidedly old‐fashioned charm, Lisbon is home to clattering trams, cafélined boulevards and grandiose monuments of its famous seafaring sons. Gothic cathedrals, majestic monasteries and quaint museums are all part of the colorful cityscape, but the real delights of discovery lie in wanderingthe narrow lanes of Lisbon’s lovely backstreets.

The old city, dating back to Moorish roots of the 12th c. presents a maze of little streets with the white linen hanging from the balconies. Further to the West ,Belém area with all its monuments dating back to time of the Discoveries. The Nations Park built to house the Expo 98 is a further sign of thiscity turned to the future with the modern architecture.

SINTRA – Located right in the central western Portuguese coast, just a short drive from Lisbon, , is steeped in history and offers some of the most exquisite gardens and glittering palaces sites in the country. Sintra is like a page torn from a fairy tale. Its UNESCO World Heritage–listed center is dottedwith pastel‐hued manors folded into luxuriant hills that roll down to the blue Atlantic.

CASCAIS – Cascais has rocketed from sleepy fishing village to much‐loved summertime playground of wave‐frolicking. Its trio of golden bays attracts sun‐worshipping holidaymakers, who come to splash in the ice‐cold Atlantic. There’s plenty of post‐beach life, with winding lanes leading to small museums,Cool gardens, a shiny marina and a pedestrianized old town dotted with designer boutiques and alfresco fish restaurants and award winning golf courses. After dark, lively bars fuel theparty. There's also great surfing at one of Europe's most beautiful beaches Praia do Guincho, 9km northwest, where it’s excellent for spot enthusiast to run or along the shoreline path by the Atlantic coast.

ESTORIL – During World War II it acquired a glamorous reputation when Portugal's neutrality and mild weather attracted the rich and the famous, Germanand English spies, and European royals and aristocrats. The town maintains a certain faded grandeur and is still a fashionable cosmopolitan playgroundwith Europe's largest , tennis courts, some of Europe's finest golf courses, an automobile race track that has held Formula One Grand Prix races, and an attractive sandy beach.
