This case involves widespread and repeated insider trading at several hedge funds, including Galleon - a multi-billion dollar New York hedge fund complex founded and controlled by Rajaratnam - New Castle, Spherix Capital, and S2 Capital. The sources ofthe inside infonnation include Goel, a managing director at Intel Corporation ("Intel"), Kumar, a director at McKinsey & Co. ("McKinsey"), Moffat, a senior executive at IBM, as well as executives and consultants at other well known companies.
