THEREFORE , IT IS ORDERED:

(1) That this matter be, and it is hereby, set for bearing com- mencing at 2:00 P . M., June 14 , 1963, in Room 520, District Building, Washington, D. C. ORDER NO, 268

(2) That the applicant publish notice of this application and hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the Metropolitan District at least eight (8) days before the hearing.

(3) Any person desiring to protest this application shall do so in writing on or before June 10, 1963.
