Below are details of the proposed works that PIPE Networks (part of the TPG Telecom group) will carry out to connect your building. To grant PIPE Networks consent, complete and submit the form below. A copy of this Letter of Consent will be emailed to you for your records. Project: Ten Gigabit Adelaide Network A project by the City of Adelaide and TPG Telecom to deliver a fibre optic network that will transform and benefit the Adelaide business community. Proposed PIPE Networks will be relying on its carrier rights under Schedule 3 Activity: of the Telecommunications Act to carry out: 1. Site inspection of the Property to confirm suitability. 2. Installation and maintenance of low-impact facilities: in-building subscriber connection equipment as that term is defined in the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 2018 for provision of telecommunications services to or for owners, occupiers or tenants of the Property described below. Property: Proposed Existing Telstra lead-in, Existing telecommunications infrastructure, Locations: MDF room. Description of Site Inspection: Works: a) Survey and inspect the proposed locations to assess suitability, to design and to facilitate telecommunications service delivery. b) We will make notes, draw diagrams and take photographs. c) If required, we may need to inspect additional areas of the building such as communications risers, plant rooms and other infrastructure. Installation: a) Install a single mode fibre optic cable (Cable) (Diameter: approx 10mm) into the Property via the existing Telstra lead in and by following the existing cable route. If the existing lead-in conduit is full, blocked or otherwise unusable, we will install a new P50/P35/P20 building lead in conduit into the building for our Cable. b) The newly installed fibre optic Cable will be terminated into a newly installed PIPE Networks Wall Box. Site Inspection Proposed site inspection date: and Installation Will be scheduled to occur in the next few months. We will contact Date: you to confirm the date beforehand. Site inspection normally takes around a couple of hours. Proposed installation dates: Will be scheduled to start a few months after a site survey. We will contact you to confirm some suitable dates beforehand.
