HANSA-FLEX sowie die Internationale Hydraulik Akademie (IHA) sind im vergangenen Jahr eine Kooperation mit der GUC eingegangen, die bereits erste Früchte trägt.

Am 11. Oktober 2012 wurde ein Hydraulik-Trainingscenter an der German Uni- versity in Kairo von Prof. Dr. Mansour (Direktor der GUC) und Thomas Armerding (Vorstand der HANSA-FLEX AG) feierlich eröffnet. Die IHA konzipierte und lieferte für diese neue Einrichtung zwei Schulungsstände an die GUC. Durch ihren Einsatz soll eine praxisgerechte und industrienahe Ausbildung in der Hydraulik ermög- licht werden, was schon seit längerem ein Wunsch von Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Held- huser und Prof. Dr. Mansour war. Dieser Wunsch ist nun in Erfüllung gegangen. Prof. Dr. Mansour bedankte sich bei allen an der Umsetzung beteiligten Personen, insbesondere bei HANSA-FLEX und der IHA. Er betonte die Notwendigkeit einer praxisnahen Ausbildung für die ägyptische Industrie. Mangelnde Kenntnisse in der Hydraulik führen immer wieder zu längeren Stillständen wichtiger Produkti- onsanlagen. Während die elektrotechnische Ausbildung in der Automatisierungs- technik schon relativ gut ausgebaut ist, besteht für die Hydraulik noch einiger Nachholbedarf. Die vorhandenen Hydraulik-Lehraggregate bildeten die Realität der industriellen Anlagen nicht ab. Mit den neuen IHA-Schulungsständen ist nun eine Möglichkeit vorhanden, dies zu verbessern.

Die Hydraulik der IHA-Schulungsstände wird von Verstellpumpen mit Druck- und Förderstromreglern angetrieben. Alle Einstellungen der Pumpen können im Se- minar am IHA-Schulungsstand durchgeführt werden.
