PLAN YOUR VISIT To make the most of the event, we advise using this guide to help plan your route.

Each artist has a sequential venue number and a map reference which can be found in the index and on each artist listing. This is to help you identify artists’ locations on the foldout map at the back MARK HEARLD OPEN STUDIO 2018 PHOTO BY CHRIS KENDALL PHOTOGRAPHY of the directory. To make navigation easier, where several artists are sharing a single venue, their entries follow each other in the directory.

We also have a clickable interactive map on our website, as well as a mobile site which can tell you which studios are near your location when you are out on the trail.

SPOTTING A STUDIO You can plan your route around the event by using the map and information provided in this directory. When you are on the streets, however, you should also keep a look-out for our signage. Look for handy posters pointing out directions, and easy to spot balloons marking venues.

PHOTO BY CHRIS KENDALL PHOTOGRAPHY 4 DEMONSTRATIONS Many of our artists have kindly agreed to hold demonstrations or interactive workshops throughout the event. To see which artists will be doing this, look for the demonstration symbol in the artist listing, and head to our website for further information and specific times.
