ECB COVID-19 Venue Competition Policy for Cricket, The Spitfire Ground 2021 Season Version 1.7 To be communicated to all staff and to be sent to all ECB, Anti-Doping, Match Officials, Media and Away Teams.

Changes from Version 1.6 to Version 1.7 is the movement from Stage 3 (Behind Closed Doors) to Stage 5 (Return of Spectators) with key changes below for Teams and Match officials. See separate Stage 5 Risk Assessment and Operations Guide for Spectator protocols:

• Updated Map to include Spectator Zones A & B. • Match Referee to be located in Box 1 of the Les Ames Stand, (far right as you look at the front of the stand) with access via the external staircase. Spectator seat kills and barriers in operation to maintain social distancing (see room plan in Appendix). • All Home & Away Team Players & Coaching Staff to park behind the Les Ames Stand. Match Officials to park at the back of the Pavilion/Woolley Stand. All entrance for PMOA via the Main Gate on The Drive. • Extra care by Players and Coaches required in arriving to and leaving the Indoor School as these will be near spectator areas. No selfies or autograph signing. • PMOA to avoid spectator areas and visits to see people in the crowd, including friends and family. PMOA restricted areas in place. • PMOA isolation area is an Isolation Gazebo behind the Les Ames stand.

Venue Layout and Zoning

Arrival instructions, including screening, parking All Home and Away Team Players and Coaching staff to arrive and leave via the Main Gate on The Drive. and arrival muster location. This will be Stewarded. Players and Coaching Staff parking is behind the Les Ames Stand.

Match Officials, Venue Staff, Catering, Media, Cleaners and other accredited visitors to arrive and leave via the Main Gate and park in designated areas (close to the relevant Functional Areas) either behind the Pavilion, Stand or on the ‘Sky Pad’. Stewards will be on site to direct people.

Temperature checks and Health Questionnaire to be completed prior to entry for all visitors (esc Away Team players and coaches who will self-check before arrival at the ground).

Kent Cricket Office Staff will park outside the Admin Building (on non-spectator days) or on the Sky Pad. Self-screening will be prior to arrival or be screened by a Steward before entering the building.

All Players, Coaching Staff, PMOA Staff, Medical team, Catering Staff, Media, Kent Staff and Cleaners will have completed a Lateral Flow Test 24-48 hours before the start of the match.

No re-entry to ground to all those with PMOA access (this prevents players, coaches and match officials going to the local Sainsburys outside the ground). Details of zoning and functional areas (refer to See Zones & Functional Areas section plan which must be appended to this policy).
