Three years ago, I issued this call: It is time for Complete Communities. Unfortunately, in 2020, the Complete Communities planning process was interrupted by COVID–19, a global pandemic that the world had not experienced anything like in decades. We were challenged to push forward with community engagement plans while keeping residents safe and healthy. We started by making all meetings virtual.
