FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear Alumni and Friends,

Thank you for making time to sit down with this years’ donor edition of the Bridge. It is a special edition. At its center we share with you our most important three-year fundraising initiative: Finlandia 2021 – Rise Together. Surrounding this central message are stories, feature articles, and campus news updates that I believe you will thoroughly enjoy.

The Bridge’s annual Donor Edition always carries two themes: thanksgiving and recognition. As I write this brief greeting I am again humbled by your generosity. Your unmatched levels of giving over the past three years, especially, have been the very difference needed to advance Finlandia. When other revenues have fallen short, you have stepped up to meet the challenge each time. So, even if the printed word seems to offer so little when wanting to express so much, I say once again, thank you!

These matching funds, available through a donor’s employer, former employer, or other association, allows alumni and friends to exercise faithful stewardship while multiplying their gift. If you aren’t sure if your company offers a matching gift program, please give a call to your Human Resources Department.
