The only other regular season game was the PSAC championship in 2010 when Mercyhurst scored 56. The two post-season games were in 2005 when East Stroudsburg scored 52 and the 2000 Division II National Title Game when Delta State put 63 points on the scoreboard.

This is the first time the Huskies have given up 50 or more points in a game in back-to-back seasons since 1981 and 1982. In 1981 Ithaca College scored 58 and East Stroudsburg 70, and in 1982 West Chester put up 56 and Millersville 72.

The 52 points was the second highest point total Kutztown has ever scored on a Bloomsburg team, with the most being 67 in 1991, the last time the Golden Bears defeated the Huskies on their home field.

The 14 points Bloomsburg scored on Saturday broke a school record run of 19 consecutive regular season games scor- ing 20 or more points. The Huskies continued a streak of 23 straight games scoring 14 or more points. This is the third longest in school history, behind a 33-game streak set from 1994 to 1997 and a 26-game one from 1999 to 2001.

The Huskies’ all-time record with Lock Haven is 43-38-3 in 84 games dating back to the first meeting in 1908. Even though they have not played them since 2005 this is still the most games the Huskies have played in school history against a single opponent. The total includes a record of 24-16-3 at home and 19-22 on the road. Danny Hale’s record versus the Bald Eagles is 12-1 with a mark of 6-0 at home and 6-1 on the road. After losing at Lock Haven 17-15 in 2003 Bloomsburg defeated them in 2004 and 2005 by a combined score of 117-0.
