‘A CRUSH ON YOU’ CAST BIOS BRIGID BRANNAGH (Charley Anderson) – Brigid Brannagh is best known for her starring role in the hit Lifetime series “Army Wives,” portraying Pamela Moran, a tough, rebellious former Boston cop. One of nine children, Brannagh was born and raised in San Francisco and has been acting for over 18 years. Brannagh‟s first role was on the Fox comedy series “True Colors.” Additionally, Brannagh had recurring roles on “CSI,” “Kindred: The Embraced,” “Legacy,” “Brooklyn South” and “Angel” among others. Most recently, Brannagh was a series regular on FX‟s critically acclaimed Steven Bochco series “Over There.” Brannagh has also guest starred on many television shows including “Cold Case,” “Without a Trace,” “24,” “ER,” “Star Trek Enterprise,” “Charmed,” “Dharma and Greg,” “Roar,” “Sliders” and “NYPD Blue.” Her feature film credits include the independent film “Life without Dick,” starring Harry Connick Jr. and Sarah Jessica Parker. Brannagh resides in Los Angeles with her husband, a musician. ### SEAN PATRICK FLANERY (Ben Martin) – Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana and raised in Sugar Land, Texas, Flanery attended University of St Thomas in Houston where he took a drama class because of a girl. The girl was a short infatuation, but he found true love in college theater. Flanery has had an extensive acting career, starting with his explosive career making performance as the mesmerizing title character in the feature film "Powder," performing opposite Jeff Goldblum. Since then, Flannery has starred in a number of feature films, such as "The Grass Harp," "Simply Irresistible," "Suicide Kings," the cult hit "The Boondock Saints" and "Body Shots." Flanery has also been quite successful on the small screen. He began his television career in a huge way, starring in the series "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles” for George Lucas as the teenaged version of the iconic hero, a role which the late River Phoenix originated in the prologue of “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.” He also starred in "The Strip", the short- lived Jerry Bruckheimer series, and the miniseries “The Diamond Hunters." From 2002 – 2007, Flanery walked on the dark side as politician Greg Stinson, opposite Anthony Michael Hall in USA Network‟s “The Dead Zone,” based on the Stephen King novel and in 2009 starred in “Citizen Jane” for Hallmark Channel opposite Ally Sheedy and Meat Loaf Aday. He later went on to „defend‟ his title as an official driver, winning the same race in 1998. ### CHRISTINE SCOTT BENNETT (Chloe Andersen) – Christine Scott Bennett grew up in a small town in New Hampshire riding horses and playing soccer throughout her childhood. She started modeling while she was attending Shepherd University where she completed a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation. Modeling lead to commercial bookings and from there Bennett started to study the craft of acting. After booking a lead role in the National Lampoon movie “Robodoc,” she moved out to Los Angeles where she has studied with The Groundlings, Upright Citizens Brigade and The Ivanna Chubbuck Studio. Shortly after arriving in Los Angeles, Bennett became the Anheuser Busch campaign‟s “Budweiser Girl.” Bennett has appeared in many TV shows including “My Best Friends‟ Girl,” “Boston Legal,” “True Jackson VP,” “How I Met Your Mother,” “CSI,” “Funny or Die,” and “Freshmen.” ### MICHAEL CLARKE DUNCAN ('Big-Jim' Nelson) – Michael Clarke Duncan is best known for his Oscar® nominated performance as the gentle giant in “The Green Mile.” Receiving massive critical-acclaim, his unforgettable performance has led to a career of diversified roles and worldwide praise. This summer Duncan can be heard as the voice of Kilowog, in the highly anticipated feature film “Green Lantern,” and will also star in the new Fox series, “The Finder,” a spin-off of “Bones.” Duncan recently wrapped the independent film “Black, White and Blues,” which he co-produced as well as played the lead. Prior to that he was seen on the big screen in the summer actioner “Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li.” Duncan starred opposite Martin Lawrence in the comedic film, “Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins.” Previously, Duncan was part of the ensemble drama “Slipstream,” which is Anthony Hopkins‟s directorial debut. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and opened in select markets in 2007. He also appeared in Bob Shaye‟s “The Last Mimzy” for New Line Cinema. In 2006, Duncan starred in the blockbuster comedy about Nascar drivers, “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby” alongside Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly and Sacha Baron Cohen. Duncan has also worked with Bruce Willis on the mega-hit film “Armageddon.” It was Willis who placed the call to director, Frank Darabont to suggest Duncan for the critical role of John Coffey in “The Green Mile.” Darabont had conducted a nationwide casting call searching for the perfect actor to portray this beloved character in the Stephen King adaptation. Duncan‟s keen acting prowess and exceptionally kind demeanor won him this crucial role. Portraying John Coffey won Duncan numerous accolades including an Academy Award nomination, Golden Globe nomination, SAG nomination, Broadcast Film Critics Award, Saturn Award and Black Reel Award, to name a few. In addition, Duncan was recognized as the ShoWest Male Star of Tomorrow. Duncan‟s previous film credits include “Bulworth,” “The Player‟s Club” and A Night at the Roxbury.” He has had guest roles on the hit television shows “The Jaime Foxx Show,” “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air,” “Weird Science,” “Married…With Children,” “The Wayan Bros.,” “Chuck and most recently, “Two and a Half Men.” With an unmistakable deep voice, Duncan has thrived as a voiceover actor as well. His most recent voiceover film credits include “Kung Fu Panda,” “Racing Stripes,” “Delgo” and “Dinotopia: Curse of the Ruby Sunstone.” Previously he voiced characters in “Brother Bear,” “George of the Jungle 2,” “Cats & Dogs” and “Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore.” ### TUG COKER (Colin Daniels) – After attending the Moscow School of Art and Theatre, Tug Coker received his MFA in Theatre Training from Harvard University. Coker began his acting career in the theater. His stage credits include A Midsummer Night‟s Dream, You Can‟t Take It With You, Medea, Dear Vienna, and Snow in June. He also starred in Take Me Out, which won the Helen Hayes Award for Best Production. His television appearances include recurring roles on “The Office” and “Guiding Light,” as well as guest appearances on “CSI: Miami,” “Chuck,” “Numbers” and “How I Met Your Mother.” Coker has also made guest appearances on “Gemini Division,” a web series featuring Rosario Dawson.
