PARKING

General parking for the Jenny Craig Pavilion, Torero Stadium, and Fowler Park is located in the Mission Parking Structure. Metered parking is enforced in the structure Monday through Friday from 7am-7pm. Pay & Display machines are available to purchase permits during that time. Parking on Saturday and Sunday is free.

Team vans may park in the lot directly across from the Jenny Craig Pavilion. If traveling by bus, athletes may unload behind the Jenny Craig Pavilion, and then buses should park in the lot below. (Please see map.)

LOCKER ROOMS

Basketball and Volleyball: Teams will have access to a reserved locker room in the Jenny Craig Pavilion. Towels will be provided.

Baseball, Softball, and Soccer: Locker rooms will be made available for your team in the Jenny Craig Pavilion on the last day of a series where the team is leaving immediately to travel home.

Other Sports: Please contact the USD Coach to inquire about locker facilities.

PRACTICE TIMES Please contact Athletic Scheduling at (619) 260-4600 x 6862 to schedule practice times *(Torero Stadium, the game field, is not available for any team practice).

*Please note that if a double header (soccer match) is scheduled, it is USD athletic department policy that no team will be allowed on the game field until the completion of the first game. We ask that teams wait for the game’s conclusion in the stands. Teams will be guaranteed a minimum of a 30-minute warm up on the game field. Additional warm up time may take place on the valley field (see map).

ATHLETIC TRAINING

A USD athletic trainer will be assigned to each contest. The athletic training room, which is located in the Jenny Craig Pavilion, will be open at least two hours prior to each contest. If you will not be traveling with an athletic trainer and anticipate special needs, please contact Carolyn Greer at (619) 260-2308 prior to the contest date.

VIDEO TAPING

USD game management will record and provide a copy of West Coast Conference games in line with the policies outlined by the West Coast Conference. With exception that Volleyball uses Volleymetrics as 3rd party platform instead of DVD’s. If information is needed regarding recording of contests please contact the following coaches directly:

GOING NORTH ON INTERSTATE 5 Take I-8 East Exit Morena Blvd. Turn right on Linda Vista Road  First light—turn left into West Entrance for the tennis courts.  Second light—turn left into the Main Entrance and then turn right for Torero Stadium, Jenny Craig Pavilion, Cunningham Baseball Stadium, and Softball Complex.  After passing the main entrance turn left into the Sports Center Entrance for the pool, gym, and Athletics offices.

GOING SOUTH ON INTERSTATE 5 Exit Tecolote Road / Sea World Drive Left at signal Right on Morena Blvd. Left on Napa Left on Linda Vista Road  First light—turn left into West Entrance for the tennis courts.  Second light—turn left into the Main Entrance and then turn right for Torero Stadium, Jenny Craig Pavilion, Cunningham Baseball Stadium, and Softball Complex.  After passing the main entrance turn left into the Sports Center for the pool, gym, and Athletics offices.

GOING SOUTH ON INTERSTATE 15 OR 805 Go to 163 South Exit Genesee Ave. and turn right Left on Linda Vista Road  Continue approximately 2 miles  Once you pass the street Via las Cumbres- turn right into the first entrance to the Sports Center for the pool, gym, and Athletics offices.  The second entrance to the right is the Main Entrance, then make a right for Torero Stadium, Jenny Craig Pavilion, Cunningham Baseball Stadium, and Softball Complex. The third entrance to the right is the West Entrance for the tennis courts.
