The Real “Money in the Bank”: Building Relationships with Youth in Care There are many different theories about what helps young people in care “get better” but very few would debate the importance of the power and have an impact on of relationships. In this highly interactive workshop the presenter will use his long held philosophy of “Money in the Bank” as a foundation in looking at techniques to build healthy relationships with children with an emphasis on the importance of just simple kindness… especially when a youth is acting in a way that would not instinctively raise that emotion in us.
