No.7/2/L&0(HQ)/2014-DCB(Pt-I): Whereas, the Chairperson of the State Executive Committee of the State Disaster Management Authority in exercise of power conferred under section 20(2)(a) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, issued Order No.H-1601/6/2020-HD dated 17th May 2021 for imposition of "CURFEW" with limited activities from 18h May to 28th May 2021 in view of the increased cases of Covid-19 infections and the same "CURFEW" has been extended by an order of even number dated 28th May 2021 as the virulence of Covid-19 infection continued unabated.

2. Whereas, the number of infection of the Covid-19 virus detected everyday continues to be very high relative to the population and is a source of concern.

3. Whereas, to contain the further spread of the Covid-19 in the District, it has become imperative and expedient to further extend the prohibitory orders imposing CURFEw" in the entire District from 29 May 2021 to 11th June 2021 as a continued preventive measure in the interest of public health and well being.

. Now, therefore, I, Krishna Kumar, District Magistrate, , Manipur in exercise of power conferred under sub-section 2 of section 144 of Cr.P.C. 1973, hereby Prohibit any forms of public movement outside their Residence from 29th May 2021 to 11" June 2021 with immediate effect until further Order. As there is emergency and circumstance do not permit serving due notice upon the public, the Order is passed ex-parte. 5. These, Order shall however not apply to the categories listed below and shall be allowed free Movements.

The list of activities already permitted, and continues to be permitted, is at Annexure. List of additional permitted activities.

I. Departments like Media, Power, Fire Service, PHED, CAF&PD, Home, Health, Relief & DM, Forest, Environment & Climate Change, Treasuries and Police department and District Administration will continue to function as before. ii. Vehicle workshops of goods trucks, Petrol tankers, LPG bullets etc. in the District except Municipal areas may open from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm on all days taking adequate precaution and strictly following Covid Appropriate Behaviour. l. Rice mills are also allowed to open subject to taking adequate precaution and strictly following Covid Appropriate Behaviour. V. Opening of local vegetable vendors from 7.00 am to 10.00 am for purchase by the locals on 30/05/2021, 02/06/2021, 05/06/2021 and 08/06/2021. The vegetable vendors should be seated at least 6 feet away from one another and should wear mask all the time. V. Only one out of three grocery shops of the total shops/vendors in one location shall be allowed to open on rotational basis from 7.00 am to 10.00 am on 30/05/2021, 02/06/2021, 05/06/2021 and 08/06/2021. If the shops or vendors are located in congested rows (on major roads like NH both sides may open), then only alternate rows shall be allowed to open. Queue system should be adopted by all shops and vendors. VI. Life Insurance Corporation with limited staff on Monday, and from 10.00 am to 2.30 pm dispose time bound works. Wednesday Friday

I. List of activities already permitted vide order dated 17/05/2021.

i. All health care facilities including animal healthcare, hospitals, clinics, nursing home and movements of healthcare workers. . All pharmacies including those selling veterinary medicines. ii. All persons going for Covid-19 vaccination, Covid testing and medical emergencies. iv. All employees and personal staff working in media, Power, Fire Service, PHED, CAF & PD, Health, Home, R&DM, Forest, Environment & Climate Change Finance &Treasuries, Police Department and District Administration (all other Offices to remain closed). . Only good vehicles including those carrying construction materials, vehicle carrying oxygen/oxygen cylinders, LPG, Oil Tankers, and Vehicle of others essential services like power supply, garbage collections, water supply, PDs, medical/covid services, electronic & print media, internet & telecom Service providers and vehicles of department/organisation permitted to bet nctional. vi. Opening of Petrol pumps & LPG outlets, while ensuring there is no crowding and Movement of staff of IOCL will continue to be permitted. vii. Movement of passengers for Airport, Imphal. vii. Hotels for lodging will be allowed to remain open with minimum staff. Restaurants to remain closed. ix. Child protection services (Orphanage, Children Homes &Observation Homes etc.). K. Home delivery Services under ICDS/ICPS (Supplementary nutrition for Children's, Pregnant & lactating mothers). Xi. Home delivery of various goods and services (food items, vegetables, groceries, medicine, etc.) including e-commerce platforms. xii. Banking services with limited staff on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. for urgent Government and non-government transactions only. xii. ATM Services including refilling of cash in ATMs are allowed. xiv. Postal services with limited staff on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. to dispose time bounds works including delivery of medicines and Medical equipments.

IL. Restrictions vide order dated 17/05/2021.

Strict ban on vehicular movement continues even during 7.00 am to 10.00 am. ii. All Major Markets in the District shall remain closed.

Note: All local vegetable vendors/grocery shops in the Containment Zones shall remain closed.
