Proud Supporter of ALPS Adult Day Services Employee of the Trimester Award!

It is my honor to present to you the Employee of the Trimester award, nominated through our new “Act of Kindness” box. While, Tabetha is still very young and new to the ALPS family, her overwhelmingly upbeat personality has made her a great fit with the team. Beyond an employee who is never late, always willing to help out, and goes out of her way to be a team player, she continually goes above the call to make our participants day special. Often out of her own pocket, she will purchase items to give that special something she feels will bring a smile. Tabetha was the overwhelming choice this trimester and here is what some of her nominators had to say about her: “She does an amazing job making sure the clients are happy and well cared for. She works hard to get the job done, and done right.” “Brought in a flat iron on hair day to straighten a client’s hair.” “She brought a client some coconut oil that they had asked for.” “She sat with a client and reassured her.” “She brought a big bag of pads for clients when we ran out at the center.” “She brought in a tiara and a card for a client for her birthday.”
