The facility provides low-cost accommodations to the families of gravely ill children being treated in the nearby hospitals. A HERCULES PARTNERSHIP Hercules is proud to partner with YAI/National Institute for People with Disabilities, a pioneer in life-adjustment, transitional and community-based services for people of all ages with developmental disabilities and their families. Twice a week, five interns from YAI are exposed to a variety of job duties and work environments at Hercules. HERCULES JOINS A COMMUNITY OF CARING Gift of Life Family House serves as a “home away from home” for transplant patients and their families, by providing temporary, affordable lodging to those who travel to Philadelphia, PA for transplant-related care. -

MONTHLY MARKET REPORT APRIL 2016 Summary MOST EXPENSIVE SALES While the average price for Manhattan apartments rose in the four weeks leading up to March 1, the number of sales fell for the second month in a row. The average price for an apartment—taking into account both condo and co-op sales—was $2.3 million, up from $2.1 million the preceding month. The number of recorded sales, 818, represented a drop from the 894 recorded in the preceding month and was down substantially from the 1,020 recorded two months ago. I wanted to start by asking, back in the mists of time, about your childhood. Where you grew up and what that environment was like. I know you came from a family of doctors. If you could talk a little bit about where that all began and some of the influences that shaped you and your professional life much later. Rosenthal: As a psychiatrist, an analytically-oriented psychiatrist, I appreciate the question. I was born in Brooklyn, but really grew up in Queens. I think we were out of Brooklyn early enough that I have no recollection of living in Brooklyn, or even in the first home in Queens. The house that I remember was a house I basically lived in from childhood until I went away to college. -

Kellner In Opposition of Hardship Application to Demolish 429 East 64 Street and 430 East 65 Street of the City and Suburban First Avenue Estate Landmarks Preservation Commission - January 24, 2012 My name is Micah Z. Kellner and I represent the 65th Assembly District in Manhattan, including parts of the Upper East Side, Yorkville, and Roosevelt Island. Thank you to Chair Tierney and to the Commissioners ofthe New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) for the opportunity to testify today regarding the Hardship Applicatio.nsubmitted by the owner of 429 East 64th Street and 430 East 65 th Street. I urge the LPC to deny this application. If granted, the owner will proceed with their ultimate plans for the demolition of these buildings that are an integral part ofthe landmarked City and Suburban First Avenue Estate. After reviewing all the information presented in the expert reports and testimony being submitted by the owner as well as the individuals and groups in opposition, I believe that the LPC will reach the conclusion that the information provided in the application does not support the required criteria for granting an economic hardship. This owner continuously has fought the designation of these two buildings as landmarks. This matter finally was concluded after a protracted legal battle by the June 24, 2010 decision of the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, First Department upholding the LPC's 2006 designation. -
