WHEREAS the above-mentioned Emmeline Mabella Annie Tobia claims to be the Owner of land in the Townland of Artloae, Ballynacraigy, Ballylurgan (Parish of Duneane), Carmorn, Drumboe, Killyfad, Ranaghan, Tamuaderry, Aghavary, Ardnaglass, Culnafay, Moneyglass, and Batlymatoskerty, in the Barony of Upper Toome, and in the Town- lands of Garvaghy, Gortfad, and Mullinsallagh, in the Barony of Lower Toome, all in the County of Antrim ; and in the Townland of Crosscavanagh, in the Barony of Middle Dungannon, and County of Tyrone : Now in pursuance of the pro visions of Section 17, Sub-section 2, of the above Act the Land Purchase Commission, Northern Ireland, hereby publish the following Provisional List of all land in the said Townlands of which the said Emmeline Mabella Annie Tobia claims to be the Owner, which will become vested in the said Commission by virtue of Part II of the Northern Ireland Land Act, 1925, on the Appointed Day to be hereafter fixed.
