Revoke the delegation of the Minister for Planning’s functions to staff of the Department of Planning and Environment (DP&E staff) made under: a. instrument of delegation dated 16 February 2015, published in the Gazette No. 13 of 20 February 2015 at 353-368; b. instrument of delegation dated 20 June 2016, published in the Gazette No. 56 of 1 July 2016 at 1868-1873; and c. instrument of delegation dated 15 December 2016, published in the Gazette 120 of 23 December 2016 at 3735. 2. Delegate the functions identified in Column 2 of Schedule 1 to this instrument, subject to any specified limitations, to a person in the Department of Planning and Environment who holds an office or has a role described in Column 3 of Schedule 1. 3. Delegate the functions listed in Column 2 of Schedule 2 to this instrument, subject to any specified limitations, in relation to applications and requests specified in Column 3 of Schedule 2 to this instrument, to a person in the Department of Planning and Environment who holds an office or has a role described in Column 4 of Schedule 2 to this instrument. 4. Delegate the functions listed in Column 2 of Schedule 3, subject to any specified limitations, to this instrument in relation to applications and requests specified in Column 3 of Schedule 3 to this instrument, to a person in the Department of Planning and Environment who holds an office or has a role described in Column 4 of Schedule 3 to this instrument, which relates to the development on land comprising the Sydney International Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct site, which is identified with a solid red boundary on the map in Schedule 3 to this instrument. Delegate the functions identified in Column 2 of Schedule 1 to this instrument, subject to any specified limitations, to the Council of the City of Sydney in relation to development on land within the Redfern-Waterloo Authority sites, within the meaning of Part 5 of Schedule 3 to the State Environmental Planning Policy (State Significant Precincts) 2005.
