Having participated in several NI post confer- ences before, each time it is a great pleasure to work in this condensed format of pre- paring viewpoints, discussing them in person, organizing them into chapters, and then producing the wealth of information into a fine book. We would like to thank all the participants who attended the NI 2016 Post Confer- ence, as well as all the authors and co-authors who participated but did not attend, for their significant contributions to this NI 2016 Post Conference Proceedings. We appre- ciate each and every one of you for your time and talent in adding to the wealth of in- formation in this book.
