NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15 (1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH TAMIL NADU ACT 38 OF 2019 The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH- 115 Cheyyur-Vandavasi-Polur Road at KM 100/650 to 102/450 KM No. 177, Pulivananthal Village in Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Vandavasi (Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands as the case may do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002). NOTICE Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 69 hereby notifi ed that the Dry and R.Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 10462 of sq.mt of lands are acquired in No. 65.Palur C (Part-I) Village in Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 Chengalpattu – Kanchipuram Road at KM 38/740 to KM 40/620.
