Entercom Seattle, LLC d/b/a KISW, KKWF, KHTP and KNDD General Contest Rules Except to the extent set forth in the specific rules for a particular contest, these general contest rules will apply to all contests conducted by Entercom Seattle, LLC d/b/a KISW, KKWF, KHTP and KNDD (the “Station”). To the extent that the specific rules for a particular contest differ from these general contest rules, the specific rules for that particular contest will govern and control the conduct of such contest. Individuals who are both 18 years of age of older and legal Washington residents on the entry date may enter Station contests (“Entrant(s)”). Only if Station allows individuals fourteen (14) years of age or older to enter contests, in the event a prize is won by any Entrant who is under 18 years of age, such Entrant’s parent or legal guardian will be deemed the winner for all purposes hereunder. -

Communications Status Report for Areas Impacted by California Public Safety Power Shutoffs October 26, 2019 The following is a report on the status of communications services in geographic areas impacted by the power shutoffs as of October 26, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. EDT. This report incorporates network outage data submitted by communications providers to the Federal Communications Commission’s Disaster Information Reporting System (DIRS). DIRS is currently activated for 14 affected counties in California. Note that the operational status of communications services during the power shutoffs may evolve rapidly, and this report represents a snapshot in time. The following counties are in the current geographic area that is part of DIRS. California: Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, El Dorado, Napa, Nevada, Orange, Placer, San Diego, San Mateo, Sierra, Sonoma and Tehama As prepared by the Federal Communications Commission: October 26, 2019 11:30 a.m. EDT 911 Services The Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (PSHSB) learns the status of each Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) through the filings of 911 Service Providers in DIRS, reporting to the FCC’s Public Safety Support Center, coordination with state 911 Administrators and, if necessary, direct contact with individual PSAPs. There are no outages affecting PSAPs in the disaster area. Wireless Services The following section describes the status of wireless communications services and restoration in the affected area, including the percentage of cell sites out of service for each county. The following tables provide cell sites out of service by county. The information shown was provided by the signatories to the Wireless Network Resiliency Framework Cooperative Agreement. -

(collectively “CBS”) and Entercom Communications Corp. (“Entercom”). In so doing, the following is shown: Timeliness 1. Reply pleadings in this matter are due on May 18, 2017. This pleading is therefore timely filed. - 2 - Standing 2. Neither Entercom nor CBS appear to contest the competitor standing of each of Petitioners. Petitioners therefore must each be granted status as an intervenor and party respondent in such a hearing. The San Francisco and Sacramento Applications Are Still Defective 3. At page 3 of its Opposition, CBS and Entercom concede that “the parties have not yet determined which 14 stations will be divested”. Therefore, what the Commission has before it is a request by CBS and Entercom to permit Entercom as the surviving entity of the proposed merger to be the beneficial owners of 10 radio stations (7 FM and 3 AM) in the Sacramento market, and 11 radio stations (9 FM and 2 AM) in the San Francisco market. -
