003. Minutes of the previous meeting held on 10 October 2019

The minutes of the meeting held on Thursday 10 October 2019 were circulated to members ahead of the meeting. Subject to minor amendment, The minutes were proposed by Cllr Ms Dulieu, seconded by Cllr Ms Thorin and APPROVED by members present.

The chairman signed the minutes.

005. Correspondence and items for information Correspondence was received from BFC regarding street naming for Garth Works. Developers requested to name the road Kingfisher Place which members agreed on 006. Public participation There were no requests from members of the public to speak. 007. Recommended refusal

- It appears that none of the concerns from the previous application (18/00047/FUL) have been taken into consideration

- Councillors are concerned about the increase in traffic onto Forest Road especially with the extra access from Brooklyn

- This application and the previous application still propose for some of the gardens to back onto open space which is contrary to policy.

- The 100 year old apple store is still a concern as it appears to be lost under plots 1/2.

- Members still have concerns about the existing rights of way which is a rural footpath along the road within the development.

Representative reports Cllr Mrs Wallen expressed concern about parking around School. Photographic evidence would be required to forward to BFC. Cllr Fitzwilliams asked the parish team to contact highways regarding the overgrown nature of hedges and trees at West End Lane/Watersplash Lane as it is impassable. 012.
