This article suggests our people may come forward to fight against corruption by demanding to enact a strong Lok Pal bill by Judicial Body instead of Parliament.

Against Corruption, need of Lok Pal Bill was started in 1964, but till date there is no concrete bill is passed in Parliament. At present, our judicial body at lower level penalise the citizen, if they corrupted. But the politicians are corrupted more than 1000crores; they will be easily escaped from the law and very freely contesting in election. Suppose, we will provide the law making power to judicial in this particular issue, possibly they may also penalise. It really strengthens our country’s economy and safeguards our democracy.

Our country is a true democratic country in the world. Especially, we can corrupt without any hesitation because people themselves given adequate freedom to corrupt our country. But, it is a major issue and it affected our economy adversely. Transparency International conducted a study in 2005 and 2008 in our country, 62% and 40% of them had first-hand experience in the respective years to bribe to get a job done in public office. Our politicians and bureaucrats had joint hands with one another made corruption in entitlement programs and social spending schemes like Politicians MGNREGA and NRHM very trickily name the schemes to our beloved great leaders and do their activities very shameful by cheating the public by corrupting the money. It is very painful and shameful by standing before in the world as a democratic country. In the last 5years, corruption starts 1000crore to 1,86,000/- crores. Do you think, this money may be properly utilised towards welfare to the people, we are the developed nation as well as we will dictate the terms to the U.S. and CHINA. Towards Black money, , published article in 2010, it indicates Indian had over US$1456 BILLION BLACK MONEY STORED IN SWISS BANKS. By comparing the rest of the World, India has more black money deposited in Swiss Banks. This amount is 13 times our country National Debt. But our Government till date is not accepted this figure and replied to the nation in Parliament is, we have no treaty with Swiss Bank to publish the Indian account holders detail in Swiss Bank. Our simple question to the government in this matter is we will take it as an assumption, surely we take adequate steps to collect the account holder’s data and definitely impose the tax for that amount, it seems our national debt is zero. Why our leaders are not interested to interfere in this matter, it may raise lot of question like, whether they are not interested to eradicate poverty and to strength our economy. It really put pressure to ours to continue in this type of democratic set up of government. This is the right time to citizens may come together to thrown out the existing corrupted politicians from the power and elect a young and energetic leaders to rule our country by using our voting right. This kind of revolution will change our life style.

DEMOCRATIC POWER TO JUDICIAL BODY TO MAKE LAW:

Lot of questions are arises by studying several articles in newspapers, watching media discussions, referring lot of books related to corruption. What is the solution for this problem? Why politicians are afraid to implement? The answer is very simple. Politicians are the policy makers in our country, but they are not ready to formulate and implement the Strong Lok Pal bill to our nation, because they are the corruptors. Politicians are the law makers, thus they won’t come forward to monitor themselves and punish for their illegal business activity.

Certain law’s framing powers in the hands of Supreme Court, particularly law relate to political leaders, it may control the corruption. We will amend the law in Parliament or conduct poll to the public and then pass it in the Parliament by transferring such powers to our highest judicial body. It really seems our country may reach at top position in the world and no person may fall below poverty line near future. This situation won’t reach easily, because none of the politician will accept this power change. We the people force the government by agitation, publishing articles, and demand at election time, and neglect to hold ration card and non-movement to government schemes and programmes – this kind of pressures will force the government to settle for some consensus in this particular issue. This 7 www.ssijmar.in article really put forward lot of debates to take some concrete solutions to eradicate the corruption in near future.

Conclusion:

This article is attempted to create awareness among the people to frame a new law to eradicate corruption. It clearly emphasizes how the politicians are corrupted our nation and people in the poverty line still begging to survive by welfare schemes providing by this corrupt leaders. Economically we are very strong, but the policy makers of to-day are not allowing us to survive. Thus, the article very strongly pointed out to re-constitute our law making power to judicial body instead of Legislative body.
