Quienes compren en el remate, habiendo pre-ofertado por el animal que adquieran, obenen el 5% de descuento por la compra. El mínimo de la pre-oferta es U$S 500 de cuota y se ofertará de a U$S 100 mínimo por pique en todos los productos. El mínimo de la pre-oferta para yeguas madre y destetes es U$S 150 de cuota y se ofertará de a U$S 30 mínimo por pique en ambos casos. En el remate los animales se comenzarán vendiendo a parr del pique mas alto de la pre-oferta, siempre y cuando la misma haya sido aceptada, de no ser aceptada se comenzará con el pique anterior y así sucesivamente. Se dará a conocer a quien corresponde la oferta, y si esta oferta no es superada el animal se adjudicará a dicha persona en ese valor. Dado que las pre-ofertas enen valor de posible compra, quienes parcipen deben tener el crédito aprobado por la firma rematadora. MUY IMPORTANTE Los productos se encuentran en la cuida de Melilla, a disposición de los interesados, para revisar por sus veterinarios y/o cuidadores y para efectuarles las placas y endoscopías que deseen. Después del remate no se aceptarán reclamos de ninguna índole. Haras 4 pre-oferta La Concordia REGLAMENTO DE LA SUBASTA 1° - El presente remate del HARAS LA CONCORDIA, se realizará el día 27 de Mayo de 2021, a las 12 horas, en el Haras La Concordia - Cno. Melilla 7989 - Montevideo. 2° - El remate es al mejor postor. 3° - Los animales estarán a disposición de los interesados 15 días antes del remate en el Haras; desde cuando podrán ser revisados. Por lo tanto no se aceptará ningún reclamo posterior a la venta. 4° - El vendedor y la firma rematadora, no se responsabilizan por cualquier alteración ocurrida después de la caída del marllo, ni tampoco por accidente de transporte. 5° - Los animales deberán ser rerados del lugar del remate dentro de las 72 horas de realizada la subasta. De lo contrario se abonará $ 500 diarios por pensión. 6° - El valor de la oferta corresponderá a 1 cuota de 12 en Dólares Estadounidenses. 7° - Las correcciones del catálogo podrán ser hechas por el rematador durante la subasta y prevalecerán sobre lo escrito en el mismo. 9° - Los compradores podrán optar por las siguientes condiciones de pago: a) contado con 7% de descuento. b) 12 cuotas mensuales y consecuvas, venciendo la 1ª de ellas el día del remate. 10°- Para obtener financiación deberán contactarse con la firma rematadora al celular 099 350 530 con la debida antelación. 11°- Los compradores que no estuvieran registrados o aquellos cuyo crédito no fue aprobado, deberán pagar al contado con el descuento correspondiente. De no ser así, el penúlmo oferente heredará los derechos, de no hacer uso de ellos el animal se subastará nuevamente. 12°- Los compradores deberán pagar la siguiente tasa: a) 10% (diez por ciento) más impuestos sobre el valor de remate. 13°- A los compradores corresponde: a) Firmar en el acto de la compra, vale por el precio de adquisición más comisión e impuestos con vencimiento contra presentación, el que deberá ser pagado con la regularización de la compra. b) Los arreglos de la compra deberán ser efectuados en el propio lugar de venta después del remate. 14°- El animal rematado será entregado por el vendedor inmediatamente después de la regularización de la compra, correspondiendo al vendedor la responsabilidad de manutención por las 72 horas siguientes al remate. 15°- La palabra del rematador en el transcurso del remate, está autorizada a alterar o complementar estas normas y se reserva el derecho de no aceptar posturas de personas que a su exclusivo criterio o del Haras, no son responsables. 16°- Ni la firma rematadora ni el Haras, se responsabilizarán por eventuales problemas en las compras efectuadas por vía telefónica. 17°- El Haras vendedor y la firma rematadora se reservan el Derecho de Admisión al lugar del Remate.
