During investigation, it was found that deceased’s mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and their two children are residing on the first floor of the house whereas deceased alongwith her husband and six year old son were residing on the ground floor. As per their plan, Jasbeer also started talking with Parul Gupta and developed friendship. On the day of the incident i.e. 22/02/11 in the afternoon, Jasbeer came to her house when she was alone at home and was sitting in the bed room of Smt.
