Certified Nurse Midwife – 058  B.S.in Nursing  Masters Prepared  National Certification in the Specialty  Current valid, unrestricted RN License/Advanced Practice  One year experience required in the specialty  Applicable certificates/training according to requirement for specialties (i.e. BLS. Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist (END/Electroencephalogram Technologist(EEG) -060  One year experience of EEG and END within the last three years  Associate degree, graduate from CAAHEP Accredited END program  Certification: Registered ABRET, BLS  Current valid license (if required by state)
