Agreement made this between JUNGLE CAT WORLD INC. and

(Hereinafter referred to as the "CLIENT"). It is mutually agreed between the parties as follows: The CLIENT hereby engages the services of JUNGLE CAT WORLD INC., WILDLIFE SAFARI- OUTREACH PROGRAM and JUNGLE CAT WORLD INC. hereby agrees to perform at the event(s) hereinafter provided, upon all the terms and conditions herein set forth:

THE CLIENT SHALL ENSURE THAT: (check each box to indicate your agreement to our terms and conditions)

(A) The place of engagement meets all local, provincial and federal safety regulations;

(B)The setting for the presentation is appropriate and does not treat or present Jungle Cat World staff, animals or the program in a disrespectful manner;

(C) The place of engagement is open at least 30 minutes before the scheduled starting time and that the designated contact person or a representative is available to offer any direction or help that might be needed by Jungle Cat World staff;

(D) There is a room or area nearbythat is separate or partitioned from the main presentation area in which the animals can be safely kept out of view from the public;

(E)Appropriate breaks and rest will be available for the animals between use;

(F)For all outdoor performances, unless waived by JUNGLE CAT WORLD INC., a tent or similar overhead protective covering must be provided to prevent damage to any equipment and provide the necessary shelter for the animals in the event of adverse or extreme weather conditions (rain, hot sun, etc);

(G) Sufficient security is available so that unauthorized persons remain a safe distance from the presentation area and cannot access the area in which the animals and equipment are kept. In the unlikely event of circumstances deemed by Jungle Cat World staff to present a real or implied threat of harm to the equipment, persons and/or animals, Jungle Cat World staff reserves the right to cease the presentation until the CLIENT has resolved the threatening situation;

(H)They retain the necessary personal injury and property damage liability insurance for the event, facility and/or area in which the presentation is taking place.

JUNGLE CAT WORLD INC. SHALL ENSURE THAT:

(A) We have any and all applicable and/or necessary licenses and performance permits;

(B) We will comply with all local, provincial and federal laws and ordinances;

(C) Appropriately trained and experienced staff will be with the animals;

(D) Animal health and welfare is assured. Animals will not be trained or forced to perform activities that may endanger them;

(E) The animals are used in a respectful and safe manner that is not misrepresenting or degrading. They will perform only actions or tasks, which are considered to be part of their natural behaviour;

(F) The animals will be free of any infectious diseases transmissible to people;

(G)Whenever direct contact between animals and the public is promoted, either signage or Jungle Cat World staff will direct and encourage the use of hand washing and/or sanitizing facilities;

(H) The animal enclosures and areas in which they are kept will be kept clean of faeces and other debris. Animals themselves will be kept appropriately washed and groomed;

(I)The information being relayed is pertinent and accurate. JUNGLE CAT WORLD INC. will be fully accountable for the message received by the audience;

(J) Staff will cease the presentation immediately upon direction of law enforcement authorities, the CLIENT or any other individuals with applicable authority;

(K) Staff will remove all personal equipment and property from the performance site within one hour following the end of the performance or such reasonable time agreed by the parties;

(L) It has commercial general liability insurance on an occurrence basis with minimum limits of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence, covering bodily and personal injury, including death and property damage.

A deposit of 20% is required with this completed and signed contract, submitted to Jungle Cat World, to secure the presentation(s) for the engagement and dates as stated above.The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the presentation, unless otherwise arranged.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: A refund is available for cancellations, submitted in writing by the CLIENT, that are made 30 days or more prior to the date of the presentation. After this deadline, there is no refund. The initial deposit is not eligible for refund, credit or transfer. There is a $35.00 charge for NSF cheques. IfJUNGLE CAT WORLD INC.is late starting due to an unavoidable delay (traffic, weather, etc.) the CLIENThas the option to add that amount of time to the end of the function at no charge. If JUNGLE CAT WORLD INC. is unable to perform by virtue of reasons beyond their control (sick animal, vehicle problems, weather, etc.) the CLIENT agrees to not hold JUNGLE CAT WORLD INC., its officers, directors, employees, agents or assigns liable for any damages and/or all losses due to cancellation. In the event of such default, delay or failure to perform, the contractwill be extended upon mutual agreement of all parties, and a presentation made available at a later date. If no agreement is reached by the parties to extend the agreement, JUNGLE CAT WORLD INC. agrees to refund the deposit and any and all payments made by the CLIENT within 14 days. We reserve the right to cancel any presentation, whereas a full refund will be issued.

Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other party, its officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from its failure to fulfill its obligations set out in this agreement.
