NOTES:
* L&SE Teams can include one junior. Senior competitors entering both L&SE and National qualifiers ride the test (Prelim 14 / BRC Prelim RT) only once. Please be aware that Junior competitors in both qualifiers may be required to ride the teststwice.
** Teams of 6: no area qualifier is required (and therefore no pre-entry). Direct entry is made to BRC to enter the Championships. This classis offered as a practice to those clubs wishing to take part at the Championships.
Entry fees:
£60 per team / £15 per individual.Pairs / Teams of Six £20.
Cheques made payable to Chipstead Riding Club. Bank transfer details available on request
* For competitors doing same L&SE test as well as national test (either dressage or riding test) and only riding the test once, there is no additional charge (i.e. only pay for the tests that will be ridden).

Please note that preliminary entries for the National qualifier must be lodged with the British Riding Clubs’ by 16th June 2017).

Flu Certificates:
National Qualifier classes: Flu certificate/passports are not needed in advance, but the originalwill need to be presented on the day before competing. It is the responsibility of the team manager and individual competitors to ensure that passports showing full equine influenza vaccination history are presented, and that jabs are correct.
Passports of L&SE only competitors do not need to be shown but should travel with the horse.

If specific times are required, please write on entry form and I will do my best to accommodate.
Times will be e-mailed to team managers by Thursday 6th July.
An information pack including directions will also be sent to Team Managers at this time.
Numbers:
Competitor numbers will be issued once the original flu certificate/passport has been seen.

Helpers:
Any club entering more than one team (i.e. more than 4 riders)is requested to supply a helper for writing, stewarding or score sheet collecting. Please send contact details of this person when putting in entry and preferred timeslot and / or role (morning or afternoon). Refreshments / lunch will be provided for all helpers. Thank you.
