Accume Partners is looking for an experienced IT audit professional to join their team in New York City. This individual will be responsible for performing IT audits primarily at our banking clients, including at branches and agencies of Foreign Banks.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:  Performing and managing IT audits at our banking and other clients in New York City and surrounding areas  Performing annual IT audit risk assessments, using firm’s methodology, at the audit engagements  Ensuring high quality of audit and SOX work that meets IIA standards, FFIEC and regulatory guidelines  Supervising staff and reviewing audit workpapers  Reviewing findings and managements’ responses  Ensuring timely preparation of all audit related documents, including risk assessments, audit workpapers, audit reports, follow-up reports, etc.  Ensure delivery of clear and concise reports and other deliverables to clients and their regulators  Interacting with client’s senior management and Home Office officials, and with the regulatory examiners, if required  Managing relationship with existing clients  Performing or supervising other non-audit engagements, as assigned  Keeping abreast of the regulatory and market movements or changes  Validating corrective actions to address findings and recommendations in various IT internal audits and regulatory examination reports at the clients  Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities at existing clients

Qualifications:  Minimum 5 years of experience in bank IT audits in US  Strong knowledge of FFIEC and regulatory guidelines in relation to IT, IS, Vendor management, pre and post implementation audits, BCP, etc.  Ability to multi-task and manage multiple audits or engagements  Ability to interpret the impact and requirements of new laws and regulations  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent education or experience  Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and speaking skills  Working knowledge of various IT applications  Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, etc. is preferred  Experience in regulatory agency or a Big 4 firm is a plus  Must be available for daily travel to local client sites, with potential for some minor out of town travel Interested applicants can submit a resume to [email protected]
