Product: TSIRCO-CEMGROUT ECO is a single component, high strength pourable cementitious grout.
Composition: A blend of specially modified cements and aggregates free from corrosive substances.
Uses: A heavy-duty pourable grout for machine base, bearing plates, anchoring, jacketing of columns and beams, concrete repair and all construction recesses.
Packaging: 25 kg three-ply sack.
Expansion: Two stage expansion to offset plastic shrinkage often associated with cement.
Strength Compressive strength: Over 36N/mm2 at 7 days at 20o C and over 62N/mm2 at 28 days at 20o C when 25 kg of Tsirco-Cemgrout Eco are mixed with 3,4 lt of water. Flexural strength: Over 3N/mm2 at 7 days at 20o C and over 8N/mm2 at 28 days at 20o C when 25kg of Tsirco-Cemgrout Eco are mixed with 3,4 lt of water.
Description: TSIRCO-CEMGROUT ECO is a pre-batched cementitious grout with excellent flow properties along with high early strength. It inhibits slight expansion properties to ensure the placed grout will not shrink after placing.
TSIRCO-CEMGROUT ECO is economical and easy to use requiring only the addition of clean water to provide the following properties.

Coverage: 25 kg of TSIRCO-CEMGROUT ECO mixed with 3,4lt of water will give approximately 12lt fluid pourable grout.
Where to use: TSIRCO-CEMGROUT is used for the following grouting locations:
Machine foundations Jacking of columns & beams Concrete repairs Concrete anchors Cavities, gaps and recesses.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Surface preparation: All concrete must be clean, sound and free from oil, grease and cement laitance. Substrate shall be thoroughly prewetted before application. All metal surfaces must be free from corrosion.
Mixing: Add the 25kg ready for use product in 3,4lt clean water and mix using mechanical slow speed stirrer until an even, smooth consistency has been reached. Leave the mix to stand for 3min and re-mix again.
Application: Immediately after, pour the grout ensuring that air can be displaced and that sufficient head of pressure is maintained to keep the mortar flowing.
Important Hints
*It is important that concrete surfaces are pre-wetted.
*At all times during the pouring of the grout, maintain a light rod movement to increase flow.

* When applied at thickness over 10cm and if site conditions allow this, you can add clean, dust-free, pre-wetted aggregates of 8-10mm size at the ratio of 1:1 by weight.
