n REGISTRATION and FEES
On-site registration will be arranged in the lobby of Conference Center of CMA during 13:00-18:00 on November 13 and 08:00-09:00 on November 14, 2007.
Registration fee for each participant is USD 200 which covers conference documents, reception, refreshments, tea, coffee, etc., as well as the excursion to the Great Wall or the Forbidden City.
Hotel charges are the responsibility of the participant. A sign-up form for the excursion of your choice, as well as for special dietary requests will be presented at registration.

The Airport Bus Station is located at Gate 11 of Terminal 2. Note: International flights arrive at terminal 2, only domestic flight of South China Airline arrives at terminal 1.
The travel time from airport to the Friendship hotel is around 50 min to one hour. From there, you can take a taxi to the New Century Hotel or Hubei hotel, which charge is around RMB 20 yuan.
Taxi: Taxi is convenient at the airport. Depending on traffic conditions, it takes 40-50 minutes from the airport to the meeting hotels. The charge is around RMB 150 yuan, including the RMB 10 yuan highway toll.
Hotel-Conference Venue (New Century only)
Transportation from the New Century Hotel to the CMA in the morning and the return in the evening will be arranged by the Local Organizing Committee(LOC).
n TIME ZONE
In relation to Greenwich, Beijing is +8 hours.
n SOCIAL EVENTS
The conference reception in the evening of November 14, 2007 is hosted by the CMS. All participants and their accompanying persons are invited to join the reception.
All participants are invited to visit the Great Wall or the Forbidden City in the morning of Friday, November 16, 2007. Participants can also sign up at registration if they want to visit CMA facilities on November 16, 2007.
n IDENTITY BADGE
During the conference, all delegates and their accompanying persons are kindly requested to wear the identity badge. The badge serves as a pass for conference and meals.
If participants have any questions, please contact the LOC members who are identified by their red badges.
n COFFEE BREAKS
Coffee and tea are served during the morning and afternoon breaks according to the meeting agenda.
n RECONFIRMATION OF AIRTICKET
Some airlines request their passengers to reconfirm the airticket prior to departure. Please contact the front desk or business center of the Hotel if you need to reconfirm your airline ticket, or contact the LOC members during the meeting.
n ELECTRICITY, INTERNET AND E-MAIL
The electrical voltage in China is 220V. Internet and E-mail are accessible for participants in the New Century Hotel and Hubei Hotel by broad band or telephone line. Internet and E-mail accession are also available at the conference venue.
n MEDICAL CARE AND INSURANCE
The conference secretariat will be on duty all day during the conference. Please contact the Secretariat or LOC members for first aid or medical care services. The medical fee should be borne by the patient.
Participants are advised to arrange their own overseas travel insurance.
n CURRENCY EXCHANGE
The official currency in China is RMB (Chinese Yuan). Currency exchange centers can be found at airport, local banks and the New Century Hotel. The currency exchange service also is provided at a Brach of Bank of China, which is close to the CMA.
Travelers’ checks are not widely used in China and are accepted only by major banks and some hotels. The Bank of China and New Century Hotel will cash your traveler’s check.
The exchange rate for US$ fluctuates with time. Recent example is:
