RULES OF SPORTING

1stINTERNATIONAL POLISH CHAMPIONSHIPS

Chapter I

Scope

§ 1

1. The rules apply to all non-mass sporting events organized by the Polish Padel Federation, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer" on the premises of the facility located in Warsaw at Jutrzenki 12 called ProPadel.

2. The Regulations define the conditions of participation and the rules of behavior of persons present at the "1st International Polish Championships", hereinafter referred to as the participants of the event, including order provisions regulating:

a. entrance to the championship of the participant,

b. duties of the participant,

c. prohibitions which the participant of the event should respect,

d. the rights of the participant,

e. rules for the sharing and processing of personal data,

f. the principles of liability of persons, including participants of the event, for conduct inconsistent with the applicable legal order, including in connection with violation of the provisions of these rules.

3. The provisions of the regulations shall be respected by all participants of the event. The rules contained in the rules do not violate the rules

Chapter II

Introduction and participation in the 1st International Polish Championship

§ 2

1. The permission to enter the ProPadel area and the possibility of remaining on it is the responsibility of the Organizer, exercising its powers through the responsible person on behalf of the organizer for security. In the circumstances defined by separate regulations binding for the participant of the event may also be issued by officers of the Police, the State Fire Service, the Border Guard, the Military Police and, if necessary, the representatives of other services and bodies authorized to do so.

2. ProPadel may only enter and stay with a person who:

a. is sober,

b. is not under the influence of narcotic drugs, psychotropic or other similarly acting,

c. does not violate the provisions of the law and regulations of the facility or event regulations,

d. has the relevant documents listed in paragraph 3,

e. she has reached the age of 13 or will be present at the event under the supervision of a legal guardian.

f. has made an appropriate fee for participation in the championship. The fee is set by the Organizer and made public,

g. Guests and accompanying persons to the championships,

3. To enter and stay in the ProPadel area, they are entitled to the documents issued by the Organizer, ie:

a. single entry ticket to the event (if the event is ticketed)

b. an invitation or other document showing the person's right to enter and stay on the premises of the event. (if any)

Chapter III

Responsibilities of the participant

§ 3

1. Participant of the 1st International Polish Championships is obliged to:

a. carry with you and present at the request of the organizer a document entitling you to participate in the championship,

b. in the intervals between matches take place for the fans in ProPadel,

c. behave in a manner consistent with the principles of social coexistence, including not jeopardizing the safety of other persons present at the 1st International Polish Championships,

d. comply with the orders and instructions of the organizer of the event, and in the event of intervention by police officers, the State Fire Service, the Border Guard, the Military Police or other servants of the authorized services and bodies - to execute their orders.

2. For security reasons, guests are required, at the request of the staff referred to in paragraph 1. 1, to occupy places other than those specified for participants in ProPadel

Prohibitions which the participant should respect

§ 4

1. It is forbidden to bring ProPadel and hold it during the event

e. pyrotechnic articles, including: fireworks, light bulbs, rac and other similarly functioning objects and any potentially hazardous fire materials;

2. During the 1st International Polish Championships is prohibited:

a. use objects that allow you to change the appearance of a person and, consequently, prevent or impede identification,

b. use offensive vocabulary, including preaching and posting obscene, vulgar, and racist passwords;

c. calling to falsity, including national, religious, social, etc.

d. throwing objects,

e. alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic drugs,

f. staying in places not mentioned,

g. burning and stoking fire, including smoking outside the designated places,

h. fireworks, use of pyrotechnics, etc.

j. littering the area of ​​ProPadel,

k. destroying the infrastructure of the site and the ProPadel facility,

3. Admission to the ProPadel is restricted to persons who:

a. do not have a valid document entitling you to enter and stay in the championship (if required);

c. do not obey the instructions of the organizer

g. are impossible or difficult to identify due to their appearance or behavior,

h. emblems, pennants, flags, banners, paintings or inscriptions on clothing or on the body - containing content prohibited by common law or regulations of the organizers of the competition, including racial, religious or other racist exposing flags, banners etc. Organizer's regulations in this regard,

Entitlements of the participant

§ 5

1. The participant of the event has the right to:

a. stay in the ProPadel during the 1st International Padliew Championships, ie from the moment the ProPadel object is made available by the Organizer until the end of the championship,

b. in an unconstrained manner participate in the championship expressing their emotions, which is limited only by the necessity to comply with the general laws, the rules of social coexistence and the provisions of these regulations,

c. information on the location of medical, gastronomic and sanitary points (if any);

d. information about the facilities and safety requirements specified by the Organizer or rescue services,

e. use facilities, including hygiene and sanitary facilities, which are made available for general use in a manner consistent with their intended use,

f. use medical help.

2. A participant of the 1st Padre International Polish Championships is entitled to:

a. to file complaints in justified situations,

Personal data

§ 6

Final provisions
