1. Goals of the meeting
The goals of the meeting were to present:

There are four main focus: . Adding medical layer . First communication with other HCP (e.g. GP) . User-friendliness . Meaningful usage
0.2 Type of registration
As for 2010-2011 for the GP, eHealth will launch an Invitation to tender to select a company who will have to provide the documentation for the testing and carry out the tests. This time, it will concern three HCP: GPs, Nurses & Physiotherapists . There will be 3 phases for each HCP:: • Phase 1 : A detailed documentation on the interpretation of the new criteria • Phase 2: . documentation defining the population to be added in the soft for the tests . documentation defining the virtual patients to be added in the soft for the tests . Documentation defining the tests files (for instance: definition of the physiotherapist prescription to be uploaded); . definition of tests scenarios • Phase 3: testing
0.3 Some remarks on the list of criteria provided . There are 3 types of criteria: 1. P= Previous ones 2. N= new ones 3. L= Later they will be part of the next registration . From the new ones: 1. 17 are AE (Auto-evaluation) 2. 33 are C (Control) 3. 60 are Later . Numbering has changed to match with nurse and GP criteria
0.4 Changes in the list of criteria
Some changes occurred in the list of criteria since the last version sent to software providers and the comments made during the meeting: Date : 06/06/2018 Page : 3
. Criterion 5: “Non relevant/niet relevant” has been deleted as it is considered as non really adapted to the physiotherapist’s reality . Criterion 9: dossier patient= dossier de kinésithérapie ; patiëntendossier = kinesitherapeutisch dossier . Criteria 47 & 47bis: are now 55, 55a, 55b, 55c et 55d . Criterion 48a: has been deleted as it is the same one as the 49b . The ones which were 55, 56, 57 & 58 are now 56, 57, 58 & 59. . Criterion 48a is deleted as it is the same as the 49b . For criteria 61 till 68: free format is expected . Criterion 126: words “par chapitre et par donnée/ per rubriek en per gegeven » are deleted . Criterion 135b : « via eHealthBox » has been deleted . Criterion 150: minimum criteria has been modified (see list of criteria) . Criterion 151: to be better specified . Criterion 154: Software providers are invited to provide their suggestions. . Criteria 156 & 157: rules need to be clearly defined. Use case will be defined and provide to software providers . Criteria 171 -176: contract model will be sent by eHealth platform
0.5 Proposed Provisional planning;
The provisional planning is as follows subject to changes:
. End September 2012: Invitation to tender is launched . January 2013: Selection of best bid . March 2013: Documentation Phase 1 is provided . April 2013: Documentation Phase 2 is provided . From July 2013: First Round tests . From September 2013: Evaluation & Results provided . From November 2013: Second Round tests (only one)
0.6 Remarks & Actions IMPORTANT REMARK: regarding New Criteria marked “AE”: for every new criterion which are marked “AE”, software providers will have to provide screen shots and explanation on how they implement them. The costs for the first session tests: 3.000€ (TVA/BTW not included). If there is a second session, the price will be determined according to the number of criteria to be retest. . Criteria 156 & 157: rules need to be clearly defined. Use case will be defined and provide to software providers (AXXON) . Software providers are invited to provide their suggestions for criterion 154 . Software providers are requested to send a Letter of intention to participate in the tests in 2013: due date: end September 2012 Date : 06/06/2018 Page : 4
0.7 Next step
This list of criteria will be presented shortly to the Convention Commission for approval. The invitation to tender will be launched as soon as the list of criteria for GP is approved by medico-mut as well as nursing criteria are ready and approved by their Convention Commission.
