Instructions for Filling the Application Form

Print the application form on both sides of a single paper (duplex printing).

Application forms may be downloaded from NIAB website (www.niab.org.pk ). Application processing fee is Rs 2,000/- only (non-refundable). Duly filled Form along with attested copies of academic documents, a Photograph and Demand draft/pay order must be sent to
