5. ‘Peel2Save’ presentation – Tony McCafferty Tony introduced himself and explained Peel2Save is a new initiative in Inverness, it has been launched all over the UK, to raise funds for good causes. It was launched 4 months ago in Solihull very successfully. The Peel2Save card is an efficient and effective way to fundraise, for non-profit making organisations ONLY. It is a small credit card sized booklet with 64 vouchers/coupons which peel off like a sticker. There are 32 different local businesses featured on one card. The card is worth £300-£400 in discounts but only costs £10. The ethos is local businesses are supporting local clubs and schools etc. Each club earn £5 for each card sold. The good points are: no money upfront and no minimum order for the clubs to outlay; the cards can be replenished and any unused cards returned and they tend to sell easily and quickly. Tony’s contact details are: Email: [email protected] Tel no: 07955 399734 Website: www.peel2save.co.uk.
