Objectives of the conference:

·  Analysis of the status and prospects of the development of computer science, information technology and management systems in the post-industrial information society;

·  Make recommendations on the use of research results in practice;

·  Familiarization with the latest achievements of science and practice;

·  Making recommendations in the relevant areas of research;

·  To familiarize the participants with the best practices of domestic and foreign universities;

·  Make recommendations to improve the content of educational programs;

·  Promote partnerships between the various academic and industrial research centers, universities, real economy and professional communities.

To participate in the conference invited representatives of government, academic and industrial research centers, universities, and the real economy, business and professional communities.

The conference program will include plenary sessions, round table discussions.

Publication of materials and confirmation of participation. By the beginning of the conference, all materials received will be published in the electronic edition (indicating ISBN). Authors wishing to receive a hard copy (Conference Proceedings indicating ISBN) it must specify in the application. Additionally, the best papers submitted in English, may be published in the «Journal of Siberian Federal University» and other journals (see the conference site), information support of the conference. According to the Government of the Russian Federation on June 20, 2011 N 475 to published works reflecting the main results of the dissertation are assimilated works published in Proceedings of All-Union, national and international conferences and symposiums.

All participants at the internal participant will receive a certificate of registration.

Working languages - Russian and English.

Cultural program:

Participants of the conference scheduled tours of the city, in reserve «Stolby» in the zoo «Roev ruchey». Additional requests participants (visit Krasnoyarsk hydropower station, Astafijev house-museum, museums, theaters, etc.) can be taken into account during registration.

The registration fee for participation in the conference:

·  For foreign participants - 100 USD,

·  Local participants - 500 rubles,

·  For students - 200 rubles,

Due to organizational fee partially covers the cost of:

Requirements for registration and submission of reports (abstracts)

1.  Scope of the report should not exceed 10 pages, abstracts - 3 pages. The text should be typed in Word 6.0 and above, font Times New Roman, 12 cpi with 1.5 line interval.

2.  Recommended Settings page: top and bottom margins - 2 cm, left field - 3 cm, right margin - 1.5 cm.

3.  In the upper left corner indicates the UDC.

4.  The title of the article printed in capital letters on the center point at the end of the header is not set.

5.  The names of the authors print comma in lowercase italics, centered under the title of the article with wire in one interval, degree and title of the author does not indicate the initials placed before the name. On the next line must be specified organization, in which the author works, and the city in which it is located below the e-mail.

6.  Then (in italics) are abstract volume 8-10 lines (brief description of the thematic content of the article, its social function and purpose of the reader) and keywords (3 to 10 key words or short phrases that will facilitate the proper cross-indexing the article).

7.  Then (via broach) is the text of the main article. The text can be named subsections.

8.  Indent paragraphs 1.25 cm.

9.  Figures should be placed in the text, together with inscriptions, without text wrapping. All figures must be numbered. The text must necessarily be a reference to the drawing. If the figure is a text, there should be no cuts. All words are written in full. Figures should be prepared in the format jpg, with a resolution of at least 300 pixels, in black and white, no wider than 15 cm, and also sent as separate files, in addition to the article.

10.  Tables in format Word. Tables should not be abbreviated spellings of words. All tables should be numbered. The table must be framed in portrait orientation. The text should refer to the table.

11.  The formulas should be made by means of the equation editor in Word Microsoft Equation (allowed in MathType).

12.  References in the text are given in brackets in the order of their appearance in the text. Making a list of references is given in accordance with international rules

13.  At the end of the report (thesis) is necessarily given (in italics) information items 2) - 6) in English for Russian and articles in Russian for English language articles.
