KEY OUTCOMES OF CJA BOARD MEETING 1) Introduce the new CJA Chief Officer. 2) Build an understanding of the connections between community justice performance – particularly for prolific offenders – and effectiveness of drug treatment. 3) Secure approval for CJA Budget 2015/16. 4) Provide board with briefing on key performance areas of the CJA, including organisational performance. 5) Provide board with quarterly report and update on budgetary cycle. 6) Build understanding of the current challenges emerging from national policy, including next stage in the future shape of community justice.
