Colour in. Look at how different each flower is – this shows that we are all unique. But also see how beautiful they all look when we hold them up together – this shows how we are all part of God’s family. / ·  Know that they are chosen by God and that we thank God by helping others

“And when Daniel was lifted from the den, no wound was found on him, because he had trusted in his God.” / In pairs, interview your partner. Take it in turns to be Daniel. Describe what happened to you in the den. Talk about how you felt.
Cut out and match the pictures and words in your book to tell the story of Daniel. / ·  Understand that Daniel had to be brave and have faith because he was chosen

Prayer circle time.
Choose some children to read their prayers aloud in a collective prayer circle time. Ask other children to read their prayers in their heads in a few minutes of silence. / ·  Understand that we are all unique and God made us and chose us.
