HAIR PRICES
Bridal hair/makeup combo (includes trial makeup and trial hair in-salon): $250
Bridal or Bridesmaid hair/makeup combo: $130
Brides Updo- $80 and up
Bridesmaid Updo: $70
Makeup: $65
Event Style* (Short hair updo,
or all-down/half-up style): $55 and up
Lashes (we can use individual lashes for a bolder/more naturally enhanced look, or strip lashes): $25
On Site Travel charge- $5 per mile
(one way)
15 miles or under is FREE

If you or your bridal party are interested in purchasing makeup, please let us know prior to your day so we can have the products available for you on-site!
We collect a $75 deposit from you the day of booking to reserve your time slot. This is reimbursed to you on the day of your wedding if everyone we schedule comes and gets the services they requested (you are allowed to add to your list of people up to 7 days prior to the day of. We may not always be able to add people at the last minute but will try our best to accommodate everyone you need!) We close the salon for your wedding party so feel free to bring any snacks, champagne or wine, or whatever you so desire if your doing your wedding within the salon!

· Foundation?
J Amelia’s chooses to do photo ready cream and high definition foundation rather than airbrush for the following reasons:
Our foundation sits in a fine layer on top of the skin and creates a barrier between the skin rather than absorbing into the fine lines and pores. It is all natural and will not leave a residue or rub off on clothes like traditional airbrush. If you are oily prone especially airbrush is not a desirable choice as it will melt off. Airbrush is alcohol and silicone based which is another reason we choose not to. I want my brides to look flawless all day and chemical free products are a priority!
· I strongly suggest getting a peel or exfoliating before the wedding day. We do cherry glycolic peels as well as suggest or apple scrub mask or kukiu nut scrub that can be purchased in salon or ordered at www.cherrypicksmakeup.com
What time frame should I plan for?
If doing photos before the wedding we suggest being done with hair and makeup 2 ½ hours before the ceremony.
Which brands of cosmetics do you use?
Joanie created her own line of natural botanical skincare and makeup after working in the industry for 15 years and not being able to truly find a natural chemical makeup line that performed for photos. She has become very successful and ships it all different states and even Hawaii and Canada!
How should I prepare for on-site services on my wedding day?
To ensure that your hair and makeup services flow smoothly, we recommend the following:
· Provide 2 chairs for the hair stylist & makeup artist
· A high stool for the makeup artist along with a table for her products
· Avoid washing hair the day of the wedding; “Second day” hair works best.

When to do the trail?
Within the month of the wedding or for those out of town the day of rehearsal is a good option so your hair and makeup is fresh for the evening!
How many people canwe accommodate for wedding day services?
We can accommodate a bridal party of any size for makeup and hair.

Is there a travel fee?
We do not charge a travel fee within a 20 mile from our salon. If we travel outside of our 30 miles its $5 a mile to send over up to 3 people to your location.
What payment can be used?
We bring a square reader for easy ring ups. Please let your bridal party know to get ready to pay as soon as they complete the services.
