INVITATION TO SUBMIT BIDS SLUDGE POND CLEAN CLOSURE POND LINER AND SLUDGE REMOVAL PROJECT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Eloy, Pinal County, Arizona, will receive sealed bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for the SLUDGE POND CLEAN CLOSURE POND LINER AND SLUDGE REMOVAL PROJECT, which will include furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals as may be required for clean closure of the sludge pond including removal and disposal of the sludge and pond liner from the sludge pond of the City of Eloy Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Work will be funded by the City of Eloy’s 2015 WIFA loan funds. All requirements of WIFA shall apply including adherence to the latest Davis Bacon wage rates. The city of Eloy will issue the latest Davis Bacon Wage rates by addendum prior to the bid opening. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference will result in disqualification. Sealed Bids will be received by the Office of the City Clerk located at 628 N Main Street, Eloy, AZ 85131 until January 26, 2016, at 3:00 p.m., with a Public Bid Opening immediately following. The City of Eloy reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City.
