IMPORTANT NOTICES
►OFFICE HOURS: The Church Office is closed to the public on Monday of each week. Office Opening hours are: Tuesdays to Thursdays (9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and Fridays (9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
►ANNOUNCEMENTS for Wednesdays and Sundays should be submitted two (2) working days before airing.
►REFERENCE LETTERS: To request a Reference Letter, you must:
1. Collect a member’s Reference Letter Requisition Form from the wall across from Nursery in the foyer of the Administrative Building.
2. Follow the instructions to complete the form. You must complete and sign Part I for Applicants and submit to your Sunday School Teacher/Divisional Director to fill in Part II.
3. The form must then be submitted to the Church Office at least 7 days prior to the date when the reference letter is needed.
►APPOINTMENTS (PRE-MARITAL): Persons wishing to get married must make an appointment to see the Pastor before commencing courtship and arrange pre-marital counseling sessions via the Church Office.

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
►Members of Pentecostal Tabernacle are being invited to share in devotions at Tivoli High School on March 17, 24 & 31, 2014 at 7:30 a.m.
►Leaders that are expected to be in attendance at the Ministry meetings scheduled for March 20-21: the Pastoral Assistant assigned to the ministry; Ministry Leader; their Assistant(s); Secretary; and the Coordinator or person in charge of each sub-ministry. The meetings are to look at plans for each Ministry and to finalize the Calendar of Events for 2014.
►Our youth are being encouraged to support the Nannyville Outstation Youth Week services scheduled for March 19-23, 2014, 6:30 p.m. nightly. The services will be held at the Nannyville Community Centre.
►Applications are invited to fill the position of Accounting Clerk at Pentecostal Tabernacle. A minimum of two years experience as an Accounting Clerk with five CSEC level subjects, CAPE Unit 1&2 in Accounts or with an Associate Degree in Accounts.
