Cartia / 1 / To thin the blood to prevent heart attack or stroke / Swallow whole after food. May irritate stomach ulcers and may worsen asthma in some people.
Metoprolol
Tablets 50mg / Betaloc
Lopressor
Minax / 1/2 / 1/2 / For blood pressure, angina or disturbances of heart rhythm. / Take regularly. Do not stop taking this medication abruptly unless otherwise advised by your doctor. Special caution needed in diabetics and asthmatics. May affect sexual ability, or cause unpleasant dreaming. See your doctor if this is a problem.
Calcium Carbonate
Tablets 600mg / Caltrate / 1 / Calcium supplement, or to remove phosphate in people with reduced kidney function. / Take after food.
Ergocalciferol Tablets
1000 Units / Ostelin-1000 / 1 / Vitamin D Supplement / Take only as directed by your doctor. Contact your doctor if you experience stomach upset, vomiting, extreme thirst or pass large amounts of urine.

Myoquin / 1 / For muscle cramp / Take after food with a glass of fluid. Ringing in the ears, visual disturbances or diarrhoea may occur. See your doctor if this is a problem
