Email form Ted Baldwin to all CTP Employees

Date: 01/07/2012 Hello Everyone, Many of you may already be aware that the Human Resources and Accounting departments are working together to implement new programs and systems for providing more up-to-date methods of Human Resource record keeping, payroll and time and attendance tracking. The Accounting department is already using Paychex to do payroll, and will be moving forward in the near future to also implement "Time and Labor On-Line" to track time and attendance electronically. The Human Resources department is working to replace our PeopleTrak system with our new "HR On-Line" system. These transitions will give employees limited on-line access to individual information previously kept on our systems within Administration, and within individual Personnel and Payroll files. As an initial step to make you familiar with HR On-Line, and prepare you for additional changes yet to come, I have prepared the attached memo to assist you in registering yourself to access some limited, individual HR information. Please read the attached memo carefully and follow the instructions to register yourself as an HR On-Line user. Keep in mind that most menu items you see listed down the left side of your screen will not be accessible at this time. This initial introduction is to enable you to access your pay advices (stubs). The Accounting department will eventually be discontinuing the use of Doculivery. As you review you pay advices (stubs) from MyPaychex (HR On-Line) you will notice they do not list accrued leave balances. That information is available under the tab for "Attendance/Time Off". If, during the process of registering you see a message indicating the need to update or install Adobe Flash Player, please go to Adobe.com and look for instructions to do the update or install. If you encounter problems with this process please contact the Data Department for assistance. As indicated in the memo, if you need assistance, please contact me. If we encounter an issue I'm not able to resolve for you, we will contact HR On-Line experts for additional assistance. Thank you, and "Welcome to HR On-Line".
