DECREE CABINET OF THE MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN ON MEASURES ON REALIZATION OF THE LAND REFORM IN THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN With the purposes of execution of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On land reforms" and creation of conditions for the further development of the various forms of managing on land, formation multi­ structural economy and increase of manufacture of agricultural production Cabinet of the Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees: 1. State Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on Land Reform and Land Tenure Regulation in a month period should present to Cabinet of the Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan the concept of realization ofland reform on the republic. 2. State Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on Land Reform and Land Tenure Regulation together with Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ministry of Irrigation and Water Economies of the Republic of Tajikistan, State Committee of-the Republic of Tajikistan on Management of the State Property, forestry industrial association "Tajik wood", Executive Committee of Soviet of the People Deputies of MBAR, Executive Committees of Aini, Matcha, (old Matcha) and Shahristan, district Soviets of the People Deputies of the Leninabad region, Executive Committees of Shurobod, Muminobod and Khovaling, district Soviets of the People Deputies of Kulob region, Executive Committees of -Jirgatol, Gharm, Komsomolobod, Tavildara, Tajikabad and Faizabad district Soviets of the People Deputies, Executive Committees of Rogun urban Soviet of the People Deputies: Till January 1, 1993 create special land fund of local Soviets; Till March 1, 1993 carry out transfer and fastening of lands of special land fund in possession and usage to the citizens, dehkan and personal part-time farms, agricultural cooperative societies. 3. Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan together with Main Tax Management should establish the control on receipt of payments on the special budget accounts established by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On a payment for land". 4. The executive committees of regional, urban and district Soviets of the People Deputies should work out specific measures on transfer and fastening of lands of the special land fund in possession (usage) for}he agricultural purposes to the citizens, cooperative societies, 290 subsidiary agricultural farms of industrial and other undertakings, institutions and organizations.
