Ms. Bay has developed multiple large cumulative databases associated with data collected during surveys both prior to and after wind energy development. The compilation of this data enables Ms. Bay and others at WEST ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND to complete large meta-analyses to further explore the impacts of wind-energy on various TRAINING wildlife taxa, including an update to the USFWS eagle collision model. SAS Data Analyst and Report Manager: Ms. Bay managed the data and personnel to analyze and R report the findings of 70 – 100 wind energy projects per annum. This required the management SPLUS of the data entry, qa/qc, analysis, report compiling, technical editing, and the personnel SPSS associated with these tasks. Microsoft ACCESS ARCVIEW Database Creation and Management: Ms. Bay has extensive consulting experience in the design and use of relational databases for data management. Ms. Bay primarily uses R, SAS, Arcview, MSSQL, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel to manage data and visually display information.
