We had beautiful weather for everyone to gather around 10 classic cars where we caught up on the latest news. Larry arranged for the owners of a Flight Simulator to let our members test it out. Thanks to everyone who brought great food, as there was a great variety for lunch Marilyn Scott Chapter News Pikes Peak opportunity to experience the Flight Simulator. This was a real treat & lots of fun. On March 19th, the Kerman Stuart Memorial Chili Cook Off Later, everyone enjoyed great food & also a short business Dinner was held at the American Legion Hall Post #5. There were meeting was held. I would like to see the club participate in the Miss seven delicious chilies presented by members. Prize winning chili's Wheelchair Colorado show on April 16, show starts at 10 am. with were prepared by Karen Donkle, green chili won first place; Shirley $20 admission which includes lunch & dinner for two. The next day , Davis green chili received second; & Iris Mc Bride won third place. April 17 is our club meeting at Quaker Steak and Lube (please see page 5 for directions). We want to thank all the chili cooks for a great job. We also had April 17 @ 1:00 p.m. Plan on attending the Quaker Steak and special guest David & Jean Smith from the Zia Chapter in Lube Restaurant 10392 Reed St, Westminster, this is just off US 36 Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our April meeting will be a driving meeting to the representative from the Flying W about finalizing prices & numbers Children’s Home in Torrington, WY on April 9th. We will be leaving for family fun night for 2013. The day was beautiful so we were able to park the nine Studebakers & one Oldsmobile on the tarmac.
