All questions regarding inoperative machines will be conducted through your local NAPA Echlin DSM. If a machine breaks down and repairs cannot be determined in the field, the NAPA Echlin DSM will get authorization to ship the machine back to the factory for repairs or replacement for up to one year after purchase. The customer will be instructed where to ship the machine prepaid and then all freight charges will be re-reimbursed. If the customer is able to determine the problem causing an inoperative machine, upon approval of the NAPA Echlin DSM, the necessary parts will be shipped on a no charge basis for up to one year after purchase. The customer will perform the replacement of these parts. No labor will be paid for customer installed components. In instances where the machine has been damaged due to user neglect, we will ship parts for a charge, plus freight. If repairs are done at the ASNU repair center, all freight, parts and labor are the responsibility of the user. After the 12 month warranty period, the user may continue to have the machine serviced at the ASNU Repair Center, on a labor, materials and freight cost basis.
