Two thousand years before the main events of history on the planet Organica attacked by xerov, monsters that eat spirals of individuals, the crystalline essence of the heart and emotions of man. Xer was sent to Organic by the people of Minera, a planet later known as the White Moon. Xer were the creation of Creed Graphite, and the sisters Spodumene, Lithium and Fluor, with their living core of Gardenia. While Creed and Lithium viewed Gardenia as a means of ending conflicts in their world and organic as suitable subjects, Fluor was against their plan. Factions among miners who disapproved of the use of organic bestowing ones with a strong Spiria with weapons known as Soma. These owners of soma, known as Somatica, are also able to enter someone's labyrinth of Spears and cleanse them of the despira, a disease that xer causes in the Spirit of humans. When The Gardenia was activated, it got out of control and absorbed Spiria all on Minera, causing the entire planet and its population to calcifite. Terrified of what had been done, Fluora shut down The Gardenia and used herself as a seal to prevent her reactivation. Repentant Litia tried to prevent Creed from saving Fluor, but eventually separates their Spirit from their bodies. hosts in a variety of people for the next two millennia, with them continuing its conflict from generation to generation. 1,982 years later, Lithium and Creed used the bodies of Iola Harts and Emperor Circonia, respectively. During a confrontation with a group of somatics, including Iola, Sidan Meteor and his daughter Cardia Hearts, Circonia destroys Iola's Spirit in an attempt to destroy Litia, which is transported to Iola's unborn daughter, Kohaka Hearts. Lithium helps them contain Circonia by forcing Creed to own Cardia's unborn child, Cor Meteor. While Cardia and the unborn Cor sealed Creed, the effort almost destroyed The Cardia's Spirit. Plot In the present, Kor grew unaware of Creed's presence inside him with Sydan raising him as somatic in his native village, despite wanting to kill him on previous occasions because of Creed's content. One day Kor, now eighteen years old and gifted with the sword of Sidan Soma, stumbles upon the now-grown Kohaka and her older brother, Hisui Hearts, who came to Cora's house in search of Soma for Kohaku. Although they receive Soma, used by Cora's mother, they are attacked by an incrosis, a swordsack in the service of Creed, and a group of Xerov under her command. Incrosis kills Sidan and infects Kohaka with despirum before leaving. Although Kor is not fully trained, she dives into her Spirit to cure her. While there, he briefly meets Lithium. Because of his inexperience, he risks Spiria Kohaku with a sudden explosion of negative emotions that warns Lithia of creed's presence inside him: Kohaku and Lithium act as one, destroying Spiria Kohaku and scattering him around the world to keep Lythia safe. When its core of the Spiria was destroyed and scattered separately from the fragment of Compassion, Kohaku is reduced to an empty shell. Feeling guilty for what happened, Kor goes with Hisui and Kohaku to restore her Spiria. They find fragments of Spiria Kohaku lurking within different people around the world, and as they gradually rebuild it, they have problems with Kohaku because of her unstable and incomplete emotional state. During his travels, they are joined by Gall Gruner, Somatik, who lost his wife and daughter Xer twenty years ago and is now a dedicated Xer hunter. Recognizing Cohaku's despiration as unique and feeling connected to Kohaku because of the similarities in his condition with his daughter, he agrees to join them. They meet with traveling merchant Ines Lorenzen when Hisui buys soma from her. She agrees to borrow it, and eventually travel with the group. They find a fragment of doubt inside Beryl Benito, whom they are treating for ailments. It was at this point that they first encountered Peridot Harmoto and Pirox Ferro, the servants of the knight Halsedoni Ackerman, who himself contains two fragments of The Spirit of Kohaku. It is difficult for the group to extract fragments from both Ackerman and Maximus Empire, Paraiba Turmalin. Fleeing the Empire, which was divided between the Valentine's Church and the Empire's armed forces, they eventually successfully restored Spiria Kohaku. Also during this period, they encounter Kunzit, the Lythi sword-finder who initially accompanies the group to protect the host of Lithium, but eventually develops genuine friendships. As it slowly returns to normal, Kor and Kohaku form a romantic attachment, originally frowned on By Hisui. When Spiria Kohaku is restored, Creed takes control of Cora and sends him to the fortress of Mysticet, where the true bodies of Creed and Litia are stored. There, both Creed and Lithium return to their bodies, and Creed defeats the group, revealing his plan to liberate Fluora and, as he believes, frees the Spirit of the Miners from the core of Gardenia to restore his peace, even if it means the destruction of Organics. After Litia reveals the truth about himself and Creed, Kor is sad, feeling that he must have died. Kohaku manages to pull it out of the gloom, with them developing a powerful somatic connection, a strong connection between their Spiria. As mystic is preparing to rise, Chalcedony is executed as a traitor to the Empire to save Peridot and Pirox from the same fate. Kor and others follow and rescue him, and then work to save the Empress from a dull attack. After it heals the rift between the Church and the military, the group set out, along with Peridot and Pirox, to find the materials needed to develop Soma Halkedoni into an airship that they could use to reach mystic. During their travels, they encounter Chlorseraf, a sword-killer, formally loyal to Floura, who is determined to destroy Kunzit and Lithia because he holds them responsible for the fate of his mistress. Collecting some materials in the volcano, Innaros attacks the group, and Perido and Pirox are trapped inside. The group is forced to leave them on their fate, but the effort of the first activation of Soma is a huge burden on Chalcedony, apparently immersing him in a coma. After recovering in a holiday home, Chalcedony joins the group permanently. At this point, it turned out that Spiria Litia had all but withered, and that her body was slowly calcifying. While Hisui and Kunzithe see this for the first time, she swears by it in secret. During their first attack on Mistiset, when he takes off, they manage to injure the incrosis, but they are thrown from the ship and land on Minera, where they see the full scale of Gardenia's handiwork. While on Minera, Chlorseraf wakes up his brother Klinoseraph to help him. Klinozeraf eventually betrays his brother, planning to kill Creed and Lithia for ignoring Fluora's warning. Inkaros kills Klinoseraf, using parts from two brothers to refresh her body. Meanwhile, the group goes to the top of the capital Use the transport tower to pass itself to The Gardenia before it can absorb Spiria Organic. After the final battle, with Incroz, fought by the protracted wills of Chlorseraf and Klinoseraph, it becomes a source of energy for the transport beam, which destroys it in the process. In Gardenia, the group unsuccessfully tries to dissuade Creed from the release of Fluora. After Fluor's release, he reveals the cause of The Gardenia's malfunction: the queen Xer was modeled on Creed's Spirit, and as he craved friends and companions, Gardenia took a perverse form of his desires. Fluora's words were correct when Gardenia activates and consumes it. Driven over the edge by revelation, he attacks the group only to be defeated by them. Kor and Kohaku team up with their friends and miners left in the Gardenia to destroy the queen Xer. With this done, Fluora and Creed finally die, sharing a moment of peace. Subsequently, it has been established that the Mines have a chance to be reborn as long as the somatic link between Minera and Organia remains strong.
