Consortium The term “Consortium” shall mean a group of Bidders, comprising of four (4) entities, coming together to implement the project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFP and the Joint Bidding Agreement. Each member of the Consortium shall hold at least 25% equity stake in the Consortium. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that no Bidder applying individually or as a Member of a Consortium, as the case may be, can be a Member of another Consortium.
