Although this year has been adverse there is one item that remains constant, that is our Your president, annual general meeting and the election of Rob Kerr the board of directors to represent you the membership. The process this year will be different as we will have a two part meeting. The first part will be to look at the past year in terms or reports and financials. This meeting will end with the nomination of the elections committee. We will then have 3 days where all members will be asked to come to the club and vote following social distancing protocols and all other protocols as assigned by the local health unit. The elections committee will then meet to count the votes on Saturday, February 27th. The results will be presented at the second meeting on February 28th. Both of these meetings will take place on a Zoom meeting and we ask that you contact the club office to be provided with this link. I know that this is not the ideal way to have an election but we need to pivot in the eye of adversity to continue to push ahead and do what is right by our bylaw.
